  10. This program converts MPEG animation files into AMIGA ANIM files.
  11. It was written as my 030 can only play MPEGS at 4 - 5 fps but could
  12. play ANIM files at 50 fps !
  13.  
  14. The ANIM output file can be scaled and a selection of screen modes
  15. can be selected, ranging from 2 - 256 colours.
  16.  
  17. It works by joining a few PD codes via an arexx script with a GUI
  18. front end. Please read the enclosed guide file for more information
  19. and send you support to the various authors of code that have made
  20. this program possible.
